Oversized or Overweight Items:

For items weighing more than 150 lbs. or greater than 8 feet in length, neither Standard Ground nor 2 Day Shipping is available by default, and require special freight arrangements.

Eligibility and Free Shipping

If your order qualifies for free shipping but contains an item that exceeds the size or weight limit, the free shipping offer does not apply. Please contact us for a freight quote for these items.

2 Day Shipping is not part of the free shipping promotion and is always charged $37.00 per order, even for orders above $250.
Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are typically processed within 1 business day.
Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or international destinations is not available through our standard checkout. If you require shipping to such destinations, please contact us directly for options and pricing.

Refund & Return Policy

At NewportMarineSupply.com, we understand that everything doesn’t always work out according to plan and you may need to return your item. We want to make the process as easy as possible to get you back on the water.
All products can be returned within 30 days of purchase/shipping, provided the items are new, uninstalled, and with the original packaging. NewportMarineSupply.com does not have a restocking fee.
How to Return Your Order?
You have the flexibility to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. The process is straightforward and involves the following steps:
Step 1: Contact us via email at customerservice@newportmarinesupply.com to inform us of your desire for a return. We will promptly send you our return form.
Step 2: Fill out the return form. Clearly specify the items you wish to return. Ensure that the returned items are in new, unused condition, with tags attached, and suitable for resale.
Step 3: Select a carrier of your choice and send your package back to us within 30 days of receiving it.
Step 4: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll process it within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you informed about the status of your return via email
Cost for Returns:
You are responsible for all return costs. This is why we suggest you use trackable shipping, as we will not be responsible for lost returns.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges:
Do you want to exchange your ordered product? Sure, no problem. Contact our customer support and they will give you instructions on how to make the exchange.
Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then send it to customerservice@newportmarinesupply.com along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you.
