Product Description
The Airmar B175MW Medium Ultra-Wide (MW) CHIRP-ready Tilted Element™ Thru-Hull transducers are designed to deliver high-performance mid-depth sonar with exceptional target separation. Operating in the medium frequency range of 60-100 kHz, they feature an ultra-wide beamwidth of 57° to 73° port-starboard and 16° average fore-aft for maximum coverage under the boat. Each transducer is optimized for specific hull deadrise angles with fixed tilt angles of 0°, 12°, or 20°, correcting for hull shape to ensure vertical orientation of the ceramic element, which maximizes echo returns and resolution.
Housed in robust bronze and built for stepped, planing, or displacement hulls made of fiberglass or wood, these transducers feature a low-profile thru-hull design for excellent resolution at speed. Depth and fast-response water temperature sensors are integrated, and Airmar's patented Xducer ID® technology ensures straightforward system integration. Tailored for trailered and lifted boats, they come with 9-meter Mix-N-Match cables following specific Raymarine connector standards.
