The Airmar TM185MW Medium Ultra-Wide (MW) CHIRP-ready transom mount transducers are designed for medium-frequency operation (60-100 kHz), providing superior mid-depth performance and excellent fish-target separation. They feature an ultra-wide beamwidth of 57° to 73° port/starboard and 16° average fore/aft, delivering maximum coverage beneath the boat, crucial for anglers targeting pelagic species in the upper water column.

The TM185MW transducers deliver 1 kW power with depth tracking capability down to 400 meters (1,300 feet). They are housed in Airmar’s popular urethane body with stainless steel transom brackets, making them ideal for small and trailered vessels where thru-hull installation may not be practical. Known for simple installation, easy maintenance, and low-cost replacement, these transducers incorporate Airmar’s exclusive Xducer ID® technology for seamless integration and identification within sonar systems.
