Blue Sea Systems 285-Series Surface Mount Circuit Breakers

The Blue Sea 285-Series Surface Mount Circuit Breakers provide medium-duty circuit protection for 25 to 150 Amp loads, combining switching and circuit protection in a single, compact unit. These breakers are designed as drop-in replacements for the 185-Series with the same dimensions for easy retrofit. They are ignition protected and meet SAE J1171 external ignition protection requirements, making them safe for installation aboard gasoline-powered boats. The devices are weather-resistant and feature a "trip-free" design that prevents the breaker from being held closed after a trip.
