Furuno 555SLTD12 & 555SLTD20 Stainless Steel Tilted Element Thru-Hull Transducers
Designed to accommodate different hull deadrise angles, the Furuno 555SLTD series consists of flush-style stainless steel thru-hull transducers with integrated temperature sensors. The 555SLTD12 is suitable for hulls with an 8° to 15° deadrise angle, while the 555SLTD20 is designed for 16° to 24° deadrise angles. These transducers compensate for hull angle by tilting the ceramic element within the housing, improving sonar beam alignment and accuracy.
Each transducer features dual-frequency operation at 50/200 kHz with beam angles of 20° and 6° for broad coverage and focused resolution respectively. Installation requires orienting the transducer with the arrow on top pointing toward the keel for optimal sensor performance.
