Product Description

The Icom M605 is a fixed-mount VHF marine radio featuring a 4.3" wide color TFT LCD with night mode for easy readability in low light. It offers an intuitive user interface combining directional keypad and soft keys for quick access to frequently used functions such as channel selection and MMSI entry. Equipped with Class D DSC, active noise cancelling, and last call voice recording, the radio ensures clear communication and safety. The built-in 30W listen-back hailer and horn/foghorn functions allow effective deck or shore communication and signaling. The IPX8 waterproof rating supports submersion up to 1 meter for 60 minutes. NMEA 2000™ and NMEA 0183 connectivity allow seamless integration with marine electronics and navigation equipment, including AIS data display and calls when paired with the integrated AIS receiver on the M605 41 model. The system supports dual and tri-watch functions, weather alert channels, and AquaQuake™ draining function. The radio is remotely controllable from up to three controllers, including RC-M600 and HM-195 series CommandMic™ units with intercom functionality for flexible operation throughout the vessel.
