Product Description

The Lewmar Low Profile Hatch Flange Bases feature sleek, soft styling ideal for power craft and sailboats, with smaller sizes perfect for ventilation and larger ones suitable as foredeck hatches on mid-size yachts. All sizes fit CE Area 2 locations (deck, coachroof, cockpit, transom) and mount to flat surfaces with +/- 1mm tolerance using M6/1/4" hinge screws and 5mm CSK No.10 UNC/2 BA lower frame fasteners. Self-supporting with Smoke Grey acrylic (5/16" or 3/8" thick), they include Lewmar's unique sealing system for easy acrylic replacement and anodised aluminium frames for corrosion resistance. The Size 70 Medium Profile adds outside handles, friction levers up to 95°, curved upper frame, and thicker construction for offshore durability.
