The Minn Kota Deckhand 25 is a 25-lb anchor capacity electric anchor winch designed for precise boat positioning and effortless anchoring during fishing. It is pre-spooled with 60 feet of 800-lb test nylon rope and includes a davit capable of stowing most styles of anchors. The Deckhand 25 operates on a 12-volt battery (not included) and is intended for freshwater use. It features an auto-drift system that detects the bottom to automatically stop the motor when the anchor touches down or hits an obstacle. The Deckhand 25R includes a 12-foot corded remote for operating the winch from anywhere on the boat.
