Product Description

The Seaview CGM17 series cable seals feature a low-profile, split-seal design that eliminates the need to remove cable connectors during installation. These waterproof cable seals provide a durable, watertight seal using a tapered rubber bung and thick rubber base gasket, rated IPX6 and IPX7 for marine-grade protection. Designed for cables ranging from 2mm to 17mm in diameter, these seals accommodate connectors from 17mm up to 34mm (0.67" to 1.38"), making them suitable for almost every installation. Each unit includes four brass drill tubes (6, 8, 10, 12mm) that enable clean and easy drilling of custom cable holes, avoiding the wasteful pre-drilled rubber pads used by some competitors. The plastic and stainless steel housings are impact-resistant and available in multiple colors and finishes. Seaview cable seals support multiple cables provided each has its own hole spaced with at least 0.125" of rubber between them for a secure, sealed installation.
