Product Description

The Seaview CGM90W and CGM90 are horizontal 90-degree cable seals designed to provide a low-profile, strong, and watertight cable entry solution for marine and industrial applications. Constructed with a robust plastic housing—white for CGM90W and black for CGM90—these cable glands accommodate cable diameters up to 0.25" (6.35mm) with maximum connector sizes ranging from approximately 0.3125" to 0.375" (7.94mm to 9.53mm) depending on connector length and type. The design features a tapered rubber bung that forms a waterproof seal, complemented by a thick rubber base gasket, achieving IPX6 and IPX7 waterproof ratings. Each gland includes a blank rubber tapered seal with molded drill locations and metal drill tubes for clean custom hole sizes, easing installation without the need to remove cable connectors. Captive nuts and stainless steel fasteners simplify assembly, while the smooth low-profile design prevents snagging and impact damage. These cable seals support multiple cables provided each has its own hole with at least 0.125" of rubber around the hole for a tight seal.
